Welcome to my portfolio! I completed my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Design and my Master of Engineering in Engineering Management at Rose‑Hulman Institute of Technology in May 2025. During this time, I also specialized in Product Design and obtained a minor in Art.

I have experience across Product Design & Development, Competitive Analysis, Cross-Functional Project Leadership, Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Lean Principles, and New Product Introduction Engineering. Throughout these roles, I’ve consistently been drawn to opportunities where I can solve complex problems, optimize processes, and turn ideas into practical, functional systems.

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer on the Global Sterilization Team at Cook Medical, I lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving manufacturing processes, engineering standards, and sterilization performance across global operations. My work spans process optimization, packaging engineering, regulatory compliance, and product development, including managing global technical documentation, evaluating industry standards, developing sterilization validation tools, and supporting supplier and manufacturing partner projects. I collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to solve complex technical challenges, standardize processes, and drive improvements from concept through implementation.
